1. Research Use Only

EMPYRE BioLabs products are sold for laboratory and scientific research purposes only. They are not for human consumption, animal consumption, diagnostic use, therapeutic use, medical use, or household use.

2. Age and Researcher Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to use this site or submit an order request. By ordering, you confirm that you are purchasing only for lawful research purposes and that you are responsible for following all applicable laws, safety standards, and handling requirements.

3. No Medical Advice

Nothing on this website is medical advice. EMPYRE BioLabs does not provide dosing, treatment guidance, diagnosis, medical recommendations, or instructions for human or animal use.

4. Order Review and Acceptance

Submitting an order request does not guarantee acceptance. EMPYRE BioLabs may approve, refuse, limit, or cancel any order at its discretion, especially if an order appears inconsistent with research-only use, policy requirements, or legal compliance.

5. Payment Deadline

If payment instructions are sent, payment must be submitted within 48 hours. If payment is not received within that time, the order may be canceled.

6. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before payment is received. After payment but before shipment, cancellation may be discussed case by case and is solely at EMPYRE BioLabs' discretion. Orders cannot be canceled after shipment.

7. Shipping

Shipping is available only within the United States. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

8. Returns and Refunds

All sales are final. Returns are not accepted except for EMPYRE BioLabs error or verified shipping damage with clear photos and supporting information. Refunds, replacements, or credits are handled at our discretion.

9. Customer Responsibility and Misuse

Customers are responsible for proper handling, storage, use, and compliance. EMPYRE BioLabs is not responsible for misuse, improper handling, unlawful use, storage issues after delivery, or use outside the stated research-only purpose.

10. Product Information

Inventory, pricing, product details, and availability may change at any time. We may correct errors or cancel orders affected by mistakes in listing, pricing, availability, or order information.

11. Website Updates

We may update these Terms or website policies at any time. Continued use of the website means you accept the updated version.
