Refund Policy

We want every EMPYRE BioLabs order to arrive exactly as expected. The policy below explains how we handle final sale orders, issues with a delivered order, cancellations, and approved refunds.
1. Final Sale Policy
Due to the nature of our products, orders are considered final sale once they have entered processing or fulfillment. Before that point, we're happy to help make changes or cancel your order — please reach out to us as soon as possible.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of confirmed delivery so we can make it right. Include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the shipping package, shipping label, and the affected item(s)
Each claim is reviewed individually. When appropriate, we may provide a replacement, store credit, refund, or another suitable resolution based on the circumstances.
3. Order Cancellations
You may request cancellation any time before your order enters processing or fulfillment. Once processing or fulfillment has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible.
4. Approved Refunds
When a refund is approved, it will be returned to the original payment method whenever technically available. Processing times can vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
