We ship every EMPYRE BioLabs order as carefully and efficiently as possible. The policy below outlines processing, tracking, and how we handle common shipping situations.

1. Order Processing

Orders are prepared and shipped as quickly as we can. Please note that order processing time — the time it takes us to review, prepare, and hand off your order — is separate from carrier transit time, which is controlled by the shipping carrier once your package is in their network.

2. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information by email so you can follow it from our hands to your door.

3. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting an order. If a correction is needed, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once processing or fulfillment has begun.

4. Delayed or Stalled Shipments

Carrier delays can occasionally occur after a package has been handed off to the shipping carrier. If your tracking appears unusually delayed or stalled, please reach out — we'll review the shipment and, when appropriate, follow up with the carrier on your behalf.

5. Lost Shipments

If tracking suggests a package may be lost, please contact us for assistance. We'll review the circumstances and available carrier tracking information first so we can determine the most appropriate resolution together.

6. Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you can't locate it, we recommend:

• Checking the delivery area and any secure drop-off spots
• Asking household members who may have received it
• Checking with neighbors when appropriate
• Contacting the carrier to open a delivery inquiry
