Order and Payment Policy

1. Order Requests

Submitting an order request does not create a guaranteed sale. All order requests are reviewed by EMPYRE BioLabs before acceptance.

2. Research-Only Requirement

All products are for laboratory and scientific research purposes only. They are not for human consumption, animal consumption, diagnostic use, therapeutic use, medical use, or household use.

3. Age Requirement

Customers must be at least 21 years old. By submitting an order request, you confirm that you are 21 or older and purchasing only for lawful research purposes.

4. Order Acceptance

EMPYRE BioLabs may approve, reject, limit, or cancel any order request at its discretion, especially if an order appears inconsistent with our policies, research-only purpose, or compliance standards.

5. Payment Instructions and Deadline

Payment instructions may be sent after order review. Customers have 48 hours from the time payment instructions are sent to submit payment. If payment is not received within 48 hours, the order may be canceled.

6. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before payment is received. After payment but before shipment, cancellation may be discussed case by case and is solely at EMPYRE BioLabs' discretion. Orders cannot be canceled after shipment.

7. Pricing and Availability

Prices, inventory, and product details may change at any time. We may correct errors or cancel orders affected by pricing, inventory, payment, listing, or shipping issues.

8. Fraud or Policy Concerns

EMPYRE BioLabs may refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, incomplete, or inconsistent with our policies.
